What Is It?

What is our Bodycare Buffet & Learn event? 

Our "Bodycare Buffet" is an open bar of vegan ingredients, fragrances & cosmetic additives where you mix and customize skincare products to your liking, then take them home. The "Learning" portion of the event is a cold process soap making class where you create a small batch of skin brightening soaps to take home. 

We also discuss the difference between real soap and store-bought detergents that most people mistakenly call "soap".  We bring along a box of common store-bought skincare products to show you which ingredients are notorious for causing and worsening our most common skin and hair health problems to help you avoid them.

Are you and your friends overdue for some clean fun? Or does someone in your crew have a birthday coming up? Book an event with us today! We are now booking for Fridays and Sundays in August. 

This listing is for a $250 non-refundable deposit to reserve your event date. The remaining balance for your event price is due 2 weeks before your event date. 

What's Included In the Basic Event Price: 

Your basic event price includes a cold process skin-brightening soap class for you and your guests (make & take home). It also includes a DIY bodycare buffet where you can customize mixes of the following vegan skincare  products (each with fragrances & additives of your choice):

  1. Bronzing body glaze
  2. Shimmer body oil
  3. Sugar scrub
  4. Body lotion
  5. Skin-brightening turmeric soap
  6. Detox face mask w/ activated charcoal

Retail value of the products that you and each guest will make and take home: At least $100 in product per attendee. It's an open bar so we will bring enough ingredients for each person to make at least that much product or more. 

You may choose to have your guests reimburse you for their event fees, or you may choose to sponsor the class yourself. We will only collect full payment from one person, even if you're all chipping in for your event. 

Optional Add-On Party Upgrade Package:

Turn your class into a party with the following upgrade bundle...

-(1) Dozen cupcakes (vegan options available by request) with custom cupcake toppers(Choose from chocolate or vanilla bean flavored cupcakes with buttercream frosting. Choose a theme/colors or let us surprise you.

-(1) Charcuterie board (vegan available by request): Selection of meats, cheeses, spreads, olives, veggies & fruit.

-(1) Set of themed bronze & shimmer balloons (or choose your own theme/colors)

-(1) Bottle of non-alcoholic bubbly + 5-10 champagne glasses

-Custom product labels for your guests' creations. These can incorporate your name or party theme.

-Music via Bluetooth speaker. Our playlists include ONLY instrumental tracks, but you may request that we play any of the following music genres: Smooth Jazz, Spanish Guitar, Classical, Soft Rock Classics, Pop Classics, Christian/Gospel. If you don't choose a musical genre for the instrumental playlist, we will choose one for you (either Smooth Jazz or Pop). 

Note: If you do not opt for the party upgrade, then no outside food, drink, decor or music will be allowed in the venue. 


Deposit: Any event date or type requires a $250 non-refundable deposit to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due in full 2 weeks before your event date. If the remaining balance isn't paid in full 2 weeks prior to event, your event date will be opened up for another person to reserve it and your deposit will not be refunded. 

Basic Event (You + Up to 5 guests): $499 total

Basic Event (You + Up to 10 guests): $799 total 

Optional Add-On Party Upgrade Package: Add $250 to your Basic Class price for a total price of either $749 for you + up to 5 guests or $1049 for you + up to 10 guests)

Guest Count & Event Length:

You must finalize your guest count at least 2 weeks prior to your event date. You and your guests will have access to the venue for 2 hours. 

Start Times

Friday events are 7pm-9pm.  For Sunday events, choose from either 1pm-3pm or 5pm to 7pm. 


Your price includes your venue reservation costs. We have 3 Charlotte locations where we host local events. They are in 28273, 28227 and 28204. The availability for each venue depends on which day of the week and which date you choose for your event.

Your venue will be booked after your deposit is paid. The exact address of your venue will be provided within 3 business days of your deposit payment date. 

We are not available to schedule this event at private residences at this time.
