How Refills Work:
Buy a jar today at regular price and choose either 3 future free refills or 2 future free refills. Use the drop-down menu below to choose product and refill sizes.
You may request up to 1 free refill per month in the 12 months following your order date. Refills will not be shipped in a jar. They are shipped in a disposable piping bag so you can cut the tip and squeeze to refill your original container. Your first order is shipped in a reusable jar.
Each refill is equal to the original size purchased. For example, the 16 oz comes with (3) 16 oz future free refills. You may begin to request free refills 30 days after your original order. After that, you may request another refill in the next 30 day period with a max of 3 total in 12 months.
How to Request Your Free Refill:
After your original order is complete, we will load your refills onto the order. Whenever you're eligible for another refill, either email us (kj [at] kjnaturals [dot] com) or message us via LiveChat in the shop. If you message us, be sure to provide the order number for your original purchase.
FYI:
-Don't worry about keeping track of how many refills you have left. We make that easy by loading the correct quantity onto your original order immediately after you purchase. At any time, you can log in to check or ask us and we can see how many unused refills there are.
-Refills are use-it-or-lose-it. Unused refills will not roll over into the next 12 month period. They must be shipped within one year of purchasing this refill product. Up to 1 refill per 30 day period (max 3 total refills for 16 oz size or max 3 total refills for 8 oz size).
