Most of my FB/IG ads experience is in the personal care products niche, but I have also worked with clients in other niches such as insurance, lawn care, home and garden, events and food/bakery. If your business is outside one of these niches, that's okay. Let me know what you've done and what you're trying to do and we'll go from there. 

After you pay here, I will email you my Zoom scheduling link where you can choose a date and time slot that's convenient for you.  

I will send my Zoom meeting scheduling link to the email address you provide on this order at checkout. If you place this order at night or on a Saturday, please allow up to 8 hours for me to see your order and send you the scheduling link.

We can be more efficient with our time if I have some or all of your questions before our meeting. If you would like to email me your question(s) before our session, you may submit them via the Zoom scheduling form (there is a space to enter your questions on the form).

If you are already in business, please also include your social media handles and/or website. The more you can tell me ahead of time about what kind of ad campaigns/promoted posts you've run, your results/questions and your business, the better I can be prepared to help you when we speak which will save a lot of time. 

Confidentiality:

Any and everything we discuss is confidential.  Unless I get your express written permission to share any part of what we discuss, it will not be shared. I'm willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement for clients who wish to be billed via retainer (min 20 hours pre-paid up front). If you think you'd like to retain me as a consultant on an ongoing basis, please let me know here via Live Chat. 

Refunds/Cancellation Policy:

More than 48 hours before meeting: You may request a full refund  to the original form of payment for any reason 48 hours ahead of your scheduled time slot. Send your refund/cancellation request via Live Chat at Kjnaturals.com. Don't forget to include your name and email address in your message. 

48 hours or less before meeting: If you request a refund/cancellation within 48 hours of our meeting time, your refund will be issued in the form of a Kjnaturals.com eGift card. The gift card value will be equal to your coaching session fee and will expire one year after the issue date. Send your refund/cancellation request via Live Chat at Kjnaturals.com. Don't forget to include your name and email address in your message. 

Missed meeting time without notification: If you miss your scheduled  time and you haven't sent a notification via LiveChat at Kjnaturals.com before that time slot, no refunds of any form will be issued. 

Late for meeting: If you're running late for your time slot, I will wait for you in the Zoom meeting room. Once you pay for that time slot, it's all yours. Whatever time you show up for the meeting is when we will start, but the meeting end time cannot be adjusted because it may run over into another person's time slot. 

Refund after Zoom call: No refunds of any kind will be issued for a meeting that occurred in part or in full. I will be sharing my time, expertise and opinion about the topics we discuss but I do not make any representations or guarantees of results. My advice is based on my experience in my own business since 2013 and based on the experiences of my former students. I will give you the best information I have available at the time but nobody, including me, can guarantee that you will achieve a specific outcome by following advice.
